Refactoring PortArea:

- Hinzufügen eines Editors im Admin-Bereich
- Entfernen der PortArea Daten aus SQLite und den Zugriffsklassen
- Ersetzen aller Zugriffe durch Daten aus der DB (DBManagerAsync)
